Dreamer Design Strollers
Q. I didn’t see your company on the dreamerdesigns.net website list of Canadian retailers, and was wondering if the stroller still has the manufacturer’s warranty?
A. As far as being listed on the Dreamer Design site we are listed under Online Retailers. We do not have a 'store front' so we are not listed under the Canadian retailer section. All of the Dreamer Design strollers we sell include the manufacturer’s warranty.
Q. What model year are the Dreamer Design strollers that you are selling?
A. We sell the most recent model supplied by Dreamer Design. We bring these strollers into Canada on a regular basis.
Q. We're looking for a double jogging stroller for our 2yr old and 5yr old for a trip to Disney. I'm wondering if my five year old will be too tall for the double jogger on your site. Is there metal that his head will hit? I'm also wondering how small this will fold.
A. The seating height of the double strollers is 22 inches - so measure your children when they are seated from the top of the head to the bottom of the seating area - if they are under 22 inches the stroller will work. It is designed to hold a total weight of 100 pounds. It folds down to 44x31x23 inches with wheels and 36x31x13 inches without wheels (they pop off easily).

Q. I am interested in the Dreamer Design Manhattan stroller that you sell. I have read some reviews online and it seems like it might be a good fit, however I am a bit wary of purchasing something that I have not had the opportunity to try out. Could you please let me know the details of your return policy?
A. Baby Travel Planet stands behind all the products that we sell! If you decide at anytime within the next 6 months that the product that you ordered from our site does not meet your expectations or is just not for you, simply return it to us for a full and cheerful refund. We even refund all shipping costs.
Shipping
Q. I have a question about shipping. If I understand correctly from your website, the products ship from Ontario, so we would not have to pay duty. Is this correct?
A. If you are a Canadian customer there is no duty to pay. Canadian duty and customs are included in our price. Our products do ship from Hamilton, Ontario. We keep our prices down by buying products in large quantities, and we clear customs ourselves to keep the import charges down. The cost to you is the price of the item + shipping + GST + PST (if you live in Ontario; we are not required to charge PST for customers outside Ontario). All prices are is US dollars.
Q. When I go to the page to order a product, all the fields default to a US address. Do you ship from Canada? Will there be any other fees added after I make my purchase (ie. customs, etc.)?
A. Since we sell baby gear to customers in both Canada and USA, the order page does show United States as the default country. But you can click the down arrow next to the country box and choose Canada. The products ship from our location in Hamilton, Ontario Canada. If you are a Canadian customer there are no other fees such as customs, etc. If you are located outside Canada your purchase will possibly be assessed your country's custom and duty charges.
